Product bought before October 2006 is subject to a serious safety issue resulting from a failure of the rechargeable batteries and the sealed nature of the unit.
If your OASIS does not have the vents as per the diagram below call 0800-019-5657 and arrange for your radio to be collected and modified.
If your Oasis has two small vents moulded into the back of the radio it is the latest model that does not need recalling.
